Hi! I’m Manaho, a freelance photographer and photo retoucher specializing in portraits, fashion, and business photography. In general, I love taking pictures of people, more than products.

I was born and raised in Japan, a country rich in culture and beauty, where I developed a deep passion for photography in my high school years; during that time, I loved taking pictures of my hometown’s vast landscapes, lively festivals, and, most importantly, people!

As I honed my skills through years of self study and professional work, I became fascinated with the art of retouching, learning that enhancing a person’s natural beauty should always be done subtly, allowing their authenticity to shine through. In that respect, I truly enjoy the process of making beautiful things even more beautiful, creating images that reflect both the subject’s personality and the emotional depth of the moment.
